Membership

Membership Type: Dues are payable annually on January . Those joining on or after a membership event are given membership until December 31 of the following year.

WORKING PRESS: Currently working in a full-time or freelance capacity for established news media*. Creators of distinguished works of journalism.

RESIDENT: $50.00 per year. The requirement is full-time or freelance employment in reporting, preparing or supervising the preparation of news media*.
 
NON-U.S. RESIDENT: $25.00 (USD) per year.

RETIRED: $50.00 per year.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER: $50.00 per year. Persons not currently employed in a full-time or freelance working press capacity in an established news medium, but who have represented a business or agency in a professional public relations capacity with various news media*.

AFFILIATE MEMBER: $50.00 per year. Affiliate membership is extended upon invitation of the IPCC Board of Directors to those whose business or professional work involves close relationship or interest in the field of journalism, also Diplomatic Service or other governmental officials whose association with the IPCC will advance its objectives.

STUDENT MEMBER: $10.00 per year. Students of journalism or related disciplines, under 25 years of age

GOVERNMENTAL AND MILITARY MEMBER: $35.00 per year. Persons not currently employed in a full-time or freelance working press capacity in an established news medium, but who are members of a U.S. Governmental Agency or Military Public Affairs Office having PAO duties and responsibilities.
